Introduction Ceramic 3535 lamp beads introduction

LIYITRONIC ceramic 3535 lamp bead is a new type of high-power LED lamp bead. The shape of ceramic 3535 lamp bead is: length * width = 3.5mm * 3.5mm

The 3535 lamp bead base is a ceramic substrate that has superior mechanical and optical properties compared to conventional high power LED lamp beads.

1. The ceramic 3535 lamp bead size is only 3.5*3.5mm, the imitation lumen size is 14.4*7.26*5.5mm, and the 3535 lamp bead can provide higher luminous flux per unit area. Structure size as shown below

2, ceramic 3535 lamp beads use ceramic as the base, imitation lumen lamp bead base is copper, ceramic thermal conductivity is much higher than copper.

3, 3535 lamp beads belong to the patch structure, which is more conducive to customers soldering the lamp beads, customers can use the reflow soldering process.

The 3535 lamp bead product has its own lens and a perfect spot to make the design optics simpler.

4, SMD lamp beads after 3 generations of development, PPA (plastic) - EMC-ceramic, PPA patch lamp beads can reach up to 0.5W, EMC has developed to 1-3W, ceramic 3535 lamp beads can reach 1-3W or even 5W-10W single. Sufficient to prove the superiority of ceramic 3535 lamp beads. American CREE, Germany Osram, Japan, Japan and other major manufacturers have turned out ceramic lamp beads.

LIYITRONIC adheres to high-quality products, using large-scale imported chips, Taiwan Tianbao glue, Japanese ceramic substrates, pure gold wire welding to ensure product stability, while providing higher brightness.

At present, we can provide 3535 lamp beads covering white, red, blue, green, yellow, traffic green 500nm, infrared, ultraviolet, and plant lights. Widely used in stage lighting, warning lights, traffic signals, car modification lights, UV curing lights, infrared cameras and other fields.
